Okay so. The plan:
Thursday, July 31. Take a 12:20pm flight out of PIT, bound for AEX with a stopover at ATL. Arrive at AEX at 4:11pm. Y HALO THAR yami_loni.
Friday, August 1 - Sunday, August 3. MECHACON. Tiff and Loni and cosplay and formal dinner in a kimono and OMG SKULLY and STEVEN JAY FREAKING BLUM.
Tuesday, August 5. 12:25pm flight out of AEX, stopover at ATL, back into PIT at 6:19pm with~ the Loni. If all goes well, we will also be picking up madamjuggernaut, and heading back to my place -- which hopefully gets us in around ninish. CRASH. Assuming Loni and I don't sleep on the plane. Which, if we do--wow. We will not sleep. XD
Wednesday, August 6. Lazy day. I'm thinking Swallow Falls if the weather's nice. Lovely place. Also, we'll be using this day to make sure we have everything, figure out any last-minute supplies we need, and add last-minute details to cosplay, etc.
Thursday, August 7. Travel day. We can't check in until 3:00pm, so we won't be leaving until at least noon. I'm torn between leaving at noon and getting in at threeish, or leaving at three and being on the actual highway at 5:00, avoiding the worst of rush hour. Possibly leave at four and get into the hotel at seven. IUNO. Up to you two, Loni and Jugger. (Also we're totally going through Sideling Hill and I'm going to stop so you guys can take in the awesome.) We will ALSO be meeting up with albsrpski and rynoah. LOTS OF FIRST MEETINGS HOLY SHIT. Holy god there will be giddiness and giggles. Christmas.
Friday, August 8 - Sunday, August 10. FUCKING OTAKON. Holy Christmas. You don't even know how much craziness will ensue. I don't even know. Eee, I'm all butterflies just thinking about it. CRACKULOUS. Man I am not going to sleep that weekend and I will be so much poorer by the end of this.
Sunday, August 10. Evening. Travel back to my place. We are going to be so fucking dead by the time we get home. Man.
Monday, August 11. NO REST FOR THE WICKED. Gotta get Loni up to PIT for a 5:30pm flight on the 11th. Man. I think I might crash at my brother's that night. And hey, any excuse to visit the Moofster is a good excuse, amirite? (I might also have a Juggie with me for this part of the trip. Iuno yet.)

The rest of this is tentative.
Tuesday, August 12. Either taking Juggie home and going home myself, taking Juggie home and crashing another night at Moof's, or just heading home. Not sure. It could be that I may even stay at my brother's for a little while and then fly with Juggie down to Ft. Lauderdale for zealofzebra's wedding. I AM UNSURE. It totally depends on how things look in terms of work. I may not even be able to go to said wedding. :( It's far, far too early to tell.
Wednesday, August 13 - Sunday, August 17. At this point, I will either be on my way home/heading back to work, or hanging in Pittsburgh with Moof and Juggie before flying down to Ft. Lauderdale. Again? No idea.
Monday, August 18. MY ASS HAS TO BE WORKING AGAIN BY THIS POINT. Even if only for a week.

...Man. Don't know if I'm comfortable taking that much solid time off work. :( Like I said: second part of that, all up in the air. Ideally, I'd like to be back in work the evening of the 12th. WE WILL SEE.

Now, for some stuff a little closer to home.

End of Spring Semester

I feel amazingly good about the end of the semester for as badly as I should be doing. It boils down to a few simple things, actually: I haven't done the work, and I don't show up. 8D BUT. Oh ho ho the goddess, she smiles down upon me.

Life Drawing. This is the professor's last semester, even though he kind of wanted to come back. He's angry at Goucher, so the whole class gets As. 8D

Sculpture. I hate this class. So hard. I have pulled minimal effort, but the prof. likes my stuff. XD As long as I have my final project done and up before final crit, I should pull at least a B.

Painting I. God I love Stuart. 8D Because we were so spread-out in terms of where we painted? He pretty much... didn't take attendance. And because of the Shit that went on earlier in the semester? I get an extension on my work. Don't have to have it all done until Thursday the 15th. 83

Fuckin' hells yeah, mang.

Summer Work

During that phone conversation with Mom? I HAVE A JOB. Family friends are opening their diner within the month. It's in walking distance, and I get as many hours as I want. 8D

And Katie's Ice Cream wants me to resubmit my application and come in for an interview. :3 I may have two jobs (easy jobs!) already. Fuck yeah.

Art

I'm going to grab the Crit room next week and take digital images of my classwork from the last couple semesters. I'm hoping it'll be a good showcase of my skill.

I'mma have to temporarily say "fuck it" regarding gift art and open commissions. Hopefully doing commissions will get me back into wanting to do artwork in general, and I'll actually be able to finish stuff.

I also plan to double my galleries over to PaperDemon, FanartCentral and HentaiFoundry (where applicable) and get myself a Tegaki E. More galleries means more advertising. e.e

I need a lot more practice doing digital art. I don't really have the confidence to sketch digitally. You should see me doing sketches on Icha. Wow.

I also need more practice drawing anthros. Eh. Animals in general, really. We'll see.

I hope you guys get why I've been inactive. 8D I hope to fix this soon, though. Man am I ever looking forward to the end of the semester.

And I kind of want to... say "fuck it" to Heroes. Ugh. I think I'd rather have Jed on MMD or XMM in all seriousness. And speaking of that, yeah, I wanna join XMM. It sounds like it's a lot more fun than a lot of similar places. MMD's CONSTANT DRAMA is just like Whut. I like the sound of a world where Magneto is more like everyone's crotchety uncle with superpowers than the BADDIST VILLIN EVAR. :E

I am going to be so happy to store stuff here. I was like "dey is chahj fi' dolla a bocks ter bai da bocksez and twunny ta store fwee bocksez anna maikrowaev" and Mom was all "SHIT CHEAP DO IT." So much stuff I can leave here. So happy about it.

I kind of want to buy a futon for the apartment. :| Just because I want a fucking futon anyway. I am going to have one for my bed after college. Because beds are = hssss haet.

Chairs. We need chairs. Beanbag and regular. And a gaming table. Ffff.

I kind of want to bring a collapsible entertainment center and buy a big TV for the living room, too. c.c

Loni's sister is selling her Wii hella cheap. I'm so there.

HAY my wisdom tooth (FUCKING FINALLY) cut through the gum. My fingernail touched enamel! Maybe in the next month or two I can STOP BLEEDING FROM THE GUMS.
