Someone at MechaCon is cosplaying as a Pyro from Team Fortress 2. I don't know HOW he expects to handle wearing all that in Louisiana in August, but hey.
Looks like he's at least got the right gloves and boots, but if he REALLY wants to do it right he'll go with a really thick kind of material for the suit itself that'll REALLY kill him over there in Louisiana.

He really is freaking nuts, but then again, there's always the Organization XIII cosplayers.
I mean, yeah, we'll be in cloaks, but they're made of BREATHABLE cloth, not leather and gloves. And, we has sandals, not boots.
Then again, hey, we're Louisianian. We has adaptations to the heat.
Still, that guy's gonna creep me out. There's something about gas masks that does it for me. HAR. Maybe one picture, and I'll probably not be able to look him in the face.
